Manager —PortHarcourt (EPH_RM01)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure documentation of employment actions as per employment law and company policy.
  • Ensure employees provide excellent customer service and handle complaints with professionalism.
  • Determine extent and service quality levels by inspecting facilities.
  • Secure long-term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations.
  • Seek new business opportunities and coordinate with Director of New Business to secure contracts.
  • Review and analyze performance and suggest improvement plans with senior regional Manager.
  • Ensure completion of paperwork from each team head and audit controls on time
  • Monitor contract services budget and financial performance management.
  • Report to Corporate Office, General Manager and CEO on financial performance on time.
  • Interview candidates professionally and manage staff levels as per contractual obligations.
  • Control effective labour and comply with labour management tools, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Develop project work plan and staffing and recruit or assign regional project personnel.
  • Manage working knowledge of customer needs and contract requirements, resources required and deliverable.
  • Ensure mapping of site resources and activities and manage as per timeline and budget constraints.




  • Applicants must live in PH or willing to relocate to Portharcourt.
  • Must be business oriented and have vast knowledge of doing business across board.
  • Relevant professional qualification in Business analyst certifications
  • Experienced marketing and sales person is an added advantage
  • Applicants must not be more than 45 years of age.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.


Front Desk Officer —-(Lagos)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospective Candidate will be responsible for excellent customer/client satisfaction.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Responsible for maintaining sanitation and orderliness of the company reception area at all times.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and on the telephone.
  • Receive In-coming mails/correspondence, registration of such documents and re-directing it to the appropriate staff.
  •  Maintain staff attendance register.
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Acts as first point of contact for guests and employees.
  • Adhere to instructions given by management and ensure that all polices regarding.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  •  Update appointment calendars and schedule follow-up appointments.



  • Applicants must live in Lagos or willing to relocate
  • Applicant must not be more than 27 years of age
  • ND or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in operations, customer service or administration area.
  • Good interpersonal skills and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skill; listening, speaking, reading and writing

  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle pressure


Accountant —-(Lagos)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create innovative strategies and implement processes in accountant functions.
  • Organize, analyze and evaluate financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable records and statements.
  • Perform reconciliation of customer balances and bank accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze annual budget and other financial statements.
  • Develop sales database with invoices and payments details.
  • Prepare periodical financial statements and records for the management.
  • Assist and support audit teams in evaluating and assessing the accounting systems.
  • Ensure the highest degree of standards in accountant functions.



  • Applicants must live in Lagos or willing to relocate
  • BSc. or M.Sc. in Accounts/Finance/Business/Economics
  • Professional Qualification – ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage
  • Experienced – 2-3 years in Account/Audit/Finance
  • Applicant must not be more than 30 years of age
  • Proficient in the use of MS office tools and ERP solutions preferable Microsoft Dynamics 365


Graphic Designer — (Lagos)


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Conceptualize and design online advertising banners.
  • Provide appropriate images and creations for social media content.
  • Design all company merchandizing and branding collateral.
  • Develop the implementation of signages, sales and marketing materials.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas/concepts for management approval.
  • Amend designs to management comments and finalize in required formats for production.




  • Proven graphic designing experience Minimum of 2-3 years working experience.
  • Applicant must be resident in Lagos and not more than 30- 45 years old
  • High level of proficiency in the use of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Animation and other design and video editing
  • Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects.
  • Able to work under pressure and at short notice
