PORT HARCOURT BRANCH

 

Regional Manager (EPH_RM01)

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruit and build clientele for all the Company’s business lines in the region in all sales channels.
  • Supervise and manage all staff in his/her region.
  • Achieve sales and marketing target for the region in connect his/her subordinates.
  • Implement sales and marketing programmes as communicated by the Head Office.
  • Ensure efficient and orderly running of the regional office, overseeing trainee, sales and administrative functions.
  • Ensure implementation of all our corporate policies, and preserve the reputation and goodwill of the organization.
  • Ensure that sales and marketing reports and other necessary reports are filed promptly with the Head Office.
  • Effective discipline of the staff in your region.
  • Carry out other functions incidental to the achievement of the objectives of the region, and so may be assigned to him/her by the Management.

Accountant (EPH_AC001)

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Keep books and records of the transactions of the branch.
  • Produce periodic financial statements.
  • Carry out monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure implementation of company’s credit policy.
  • Prepare and analyze annual budget and other financial statements.
  • Assist and support audit teams in evaluating and assessing the accounting systems.
  • Supervise other accounts staff
  • Ensure the highest degree of standards in accountant functions.
  • Management of tax functions, relating with the relevant tax authorities and external Auditors.
  • Ensuring effective management of the inventory and annual stock take.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Executive (EPH_SE001)

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruit and manage customers in assigned area.
  • Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each business partner /retails-outlets.
  • Manage all the account partners to perform against short and long term company sales goals
  • Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the retail management teams, Retail partner outlet, Hotels and distribution centers.
  • Provide sales consulting/ training on the existing company products/ new products to the key account retails staff.
  • Responsible for building the right sales forecast and manage the product inventories with the partners.
  • Responsible for making sure the partners have sufficient stock in place at all times.
  • Undertake new accounts development initiatives with proper market survey, competition analysis and market penetration.
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyse and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis.

Requirement/Qualification

At least 5 years sales exposure in FMCG/ HORECA/ Retail segments, Male/Female candidate, Graduate/ higher courses in retail management, good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc.

House Assistant (EIL_AD001)

Performs basic household duties to assist participants to maintain an environment consistent with their needs. Provides for needs in the home in a manner that ensures participant satisfaction, assists participant with such activities as bed-making, changing linens, grocery shopping, light cleaning and light meal preparation, trash disposal, etc

 

Responsibilities/Roles

  • Helps maintain order and cleanliness of the facilities and participant’s home environment.
  • Assists participant with light household needs, including, but not limited to bed-making or linen changes, washing dishes, personal laundry, light meal preparation, taking out the trash, dusting, grocery shopping as directed by the participant.
  • Assists with recreational activities as directed.
  • Communicates respectfully to participants and families. Maintains good working rapport with participants and families.
  • Works in a safe manner, following safety standards and guidelines.
  • Works with other staff members as required in implementing and carrying out services and activities and meeting the needs of individual participants.
  • Assists with dining area set-up and distribution of meals and mid-day snacks, as assigned.
