Job Summary

The On-Trade Sales Executive is responsible for achieving the sales objectives in the On-Trade segment by selling company products to outlets in the assigned territory. This involves regular visits to hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and other outlets in the On-Trade segment to generate sales, engage and influence stakeholders and ensure visibility of company brands at outlets.



  • BSc or HND Degree
  • Minimum of a good bachelor’s degree in any degree from an accredited University
  • 25 – 35 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate On-Trade/Modern Trade sales experience
  • Experience working with bars, clubs or pubs, or sales experience combined with a passion for the on-trade industry

Cosmetic Store/Retail Manager – (Lagos)


Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Cosmetic Store/Retail Manager to lead, coach and oversees the day-to-day operations of a cosmetics retail store. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

  • Managing others in the cosmetic store. Make schedules, resolve employee disputes, order inventory, and provide guidance to their employees.
  • Help with exchanges, order items that are not in stock, address customer concerns, and help customers find the cosmetics they need.
  • Develop yearly brand plan on assigned beauty brands that will communicate the brands to consumers with the aim of achieving organizational goals
  • Help customers find the right products within their desired price range. They also offer makeup, skincare tips, brand and product education to customers.
  • Ensure the store remains stocked with the products customers need. They may take inventory on a regular basis and order products that need to be restocked.
  • Create visibility and accessibility for portfolio of products

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Corporate Communications Manager – (Lagos)


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with overall brand and graphics production operations
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding the library of corporate communications assets such as company brochure, company website, corporate facts used online, company overview presentation, and company videos.
  • Produce high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition
  • Create informative and interesting content; press releases, articles, newsletters, marketing materials, and media opportunities to share the company’s brand and products
  • Prepare detailed media activity reports
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Work with Category and Brand Managers to generate new ideas and strategies
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready
  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin
  • Use social media to communicate with staff internally and update company website with news.
  • Manage relationships with third party agencies including but not limited to television, Radio, PR and out of home communication companies.
  • Manage relationship with influencers and brand ambassadors signed with the company
  • Ensure key events are documented and published on our offline and online platforms (Newsletters, social Medias and websites)
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Review records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Evaluate performance and relevance of blog and social media and recommend ways to support marketing and corporate communication goals
  • Establish and report KPIs (key performance indicators) on blog/social media role in driving awareness and demand
  • Ensure messaging consistency, grammar and quality across all blog articles and social posts
  • Manage protocol and process to handle social media “incidents.” Escalate social posts as needed to determine appropriate responses. Craft responses and/or work with services, product, or leadership to determine appropriate responses


Requirement and Qualifications


  • Applicants must live in LAGOS or willing to relocate
  • BSc/HND in Communication, Journalism Public relations or any other related field.
  • Professional Qualification – NIPR or other Communication professional bodies and institutes of marketing is an added advantage.

ERP Executive (Lagos)


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Configure, develop and deliver ERP software and components in all functional areas
  • Installation and implementation of service packs and hotfixes as needed during system setup and confirming that ERP installed is operational and functional before the system is given to the user
  • Create new and modify existing customizations and integrations as requested by the business
  • Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for ERP implementations
  • Support and drive process change and communication in line with ERP best practice
  • Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support
  • Serve as the lead ERP technical expert in-house that liaises with the development team
  • Take responsibility for the customized unit programming and overall system functionality
  • Work with all stakeholders inclusive of Project Managers, Business Analyst and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task when changes are required or need to be implemented
  • Creation of technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
